Pharmacies may send refill requests to Treat for you to review, approve, reject, or edit.
- From the Patient List, click Notifications on the top right of the page to view pharmacy-initiated refill requests.
- Filter Pending Requests by date or use the search field. Notifications identify unread refill requests and the total number of unread requests.
- Select a patient to open an encounter.
- View the refill request or click REQUEST DETAILS to view more detailed information on the patient, prescriber, and pharmacy.
