Pharmacies may send refill requests to Treat for you to review, approve, reject, or edit.
- Click Notifications on the top right of the page to view pharmacy-initiated refill requests.
- Filter for pending requests using the search field or sort by date. Notifications identify refill requests that have not been actioned and the total number of requests that need attention for the facility.
- Select a patient to open the encounter.
- View the refill request or click REQUEST DETAILS to view more detailed information on the patient, prescriber, and pharmacy.
