Providers who wish to remove home meds from the patient card can follow the steps outlined below:
1. Go to Manage Patients and locate the patient you wish to remove home medications for. Then select the 3 dots to the right side of your screen:
2. Then select "Edit":
3. On the right side of your screen in the patient card select "HOME MEDS":
4. You can select 1 of 2 reasons to remove the home medications from the patient card. Mark as error or discontinue. Choose the reason you would like to use:
5. Once you've selected the reason, click "SAVE" on the bottom right side to apply this change:
You should now notice when prescribing for this patient there are no home medications recorded.
