Within your account, you can transfer licenses from one user to another. You can also add or remove licenses to match your organization’s needs.
Buy licenses
- Sign in to Ayva.
- Click Settings in the upper-right corner.
- Click Users.
- Click Add Licenses.
- Enter the number of licenses.
- Click Add License.
Transfer licenses
- In Ayva, click Settings in the upper-right corner, then click Users.
- Click Manage
in the row of the user whose license you want to edit.
- Select Release License from the Manage pop-up menu.
Assign licenses
- In Ayva, click Settings in the upper-right corner, then click Users.
- Click Manage
in the row of the user whose license you want to assign.
- Select Assign Eprescribe or Assign EPCS from the Manage pop-up menu.
Remove licenses
- Contact Bravado Health Support to remove licenses from your account.
Invite users
- In Ayva, click Settings in the upper-right corner, then click Users.
- Click Invite User.
- Enter a first name, last name, and email for the user.
- Select a License type.
- Click Invite User.
