Customize the Welcome messages
- Click Settings in the upper right.
- Click Engagement Plans.
- Select the "Welcome (w/enrollment)" plan.
- Click the Plan Variable button.
- Select "Welcome message #1" and enter a custom message to send the patient when they enroll. Repeat this step to configure up to six messages.
To send updates to patients, edit the welcome messages and relaunch their engagement plans.
Add a patient
- Go to Manage Patients.
- Click the New Patient
button.
- Enter a first and last name, birthdate, and mobile phone number for the patient.
- Click "Save changes".
Trigger the Welcome plan
- Click Manage
to the right of the patient's name, then select Start Engagement Plan.
- Click New Engagement Plan.
- Select the "Welcome (w/enrollment)" plan and click Add Plan.
- Click Summary.
- Click Activate Plans.
The patient will receive their first message immediately. You can offer to assist the patient with enrollment by following these steps.
