For Administrators
When providers prescribe controlled medications across States lines, they will be required to have a DEA number for these specific States. Below shows how to add additional DEA number's to a providers user profile.
Go to settings then "User Management" and locate the providers name:
Select the providers name and on the right side of this window, select "Edit"
Scroll all the way down to the bottom of this window and you will see "Add another" under the Primary DEA Number.
Once the additional DEA number's are added, then select "SAVE CHANGES"
Providers with multiple DEA numbers will be asked to select which DEA number they wish to send EPCS under when finalizing the e-prescription.
For providers wanting to include additional DEA Numbers:
Log into Ayva and select Settings. Then go to the "Account" section and scroll down to "Credentials"
Select "Edit" on the right side of your screen and this will allow you to make changes, or add additional DEA numbers for the States you prescribe controlled substances in.
