Treat 4 introduces key e-prescribing features to support prescribers with pharmacy initiated change requests while also reducing the amount of time spent writing prescriptions with the digitization of verbal orders.

Treat 4 brings features to enhance pharmacy communication with its RxChange feature, more effective e-prescribing and prescriber support with the Prescriber Delegate feature, Patient Worklist enhancements, and ease of use during onboarding for the identity verification activity.
Patient Worklist
- The Patient Worklist now supports RxChange and RxRefills in one location. Prescribers can now see any patient related actions that need to be completed in the worklist.

Pharmacies are now able to send order change requests electronically to Treat. The Patient Worklist is updated with its new request type, RxChange, to handle incoming requests to change or review a therapeutic alternative, script clarification, generic substitution, order out of stock, drug use evaluation, prior authorization needed, and a prescriber authorization. Prescribers can review and respond to the change request.

Treat 4.1 enhanced Logo to represent the Bravado Health brand and includes new features to enhance the Prescriber onboarding experience before the actual onboarding process.
